Cancellation and Refunds
Damage deposit deposit is required two weeks before rental. Damage deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours before rental. 75% returned up until start of rental.
The damage deposit will be returned within 48 hours of trailer return, provided there no damage or extra cleaning required.
All fees are required in full before pickup or delivery of trailer.
REFUND POLICY
**Trailers must be returned in the condition they were rented out in. Guests are required to clean up after themselves and take any garbage and recycling. Floors are to be swept, counters wiped down, and dishes cleaned. Damage deposit will not be returned in full if these requirements are not met**
